SO True....

Now, granted, I know our neighbors to the North are suffering through a snowstorm of proportions that I cannot even comprehend, but here, in my little North Georgia community, 2010 has yet to yield a full week of school, all thanks to the most pathetic attempts at precipitation I've witnessed in 10 to 15 years (someone please knock on wood!). Thank goodness for being cautious on account of black ice, etc., but here I sit--again--at home, and I couldn't resist posting this li'l cartoon; enjoy!

PS--The photo above was shamelessly ripped off the inter-web; it's some place in the Midwest where snow actually accumulates. Perhaps I'm wishing that's what would actually happen here! :D

It's insane up here. There's so much snow, and the college kids have gone berserk with the alcohol and other unmentionable substances. I managed to snap some pictures while avoiding giant snow drifts, and i haven't been to school or work in a couple of days now. sometimes i wish that there was a lot less snow...

No school canceling here at YHC. The snow still hasn't melted!! It's just somewhat morphed itself into treacherous ice. Bah. I hate snow. And Cold.

I just bide my time until summer and fall. Yep, those are the good seasons.
