1) JOURNAL #17 PART I: Using the VIETNAM VETERAN PHOTOGRAPH you were given/told to label as J#17 PART I Friday, BEFORE YOU COME TO CLASS TUES. 1/28 [FOR HOMEWORK], COMPLETE A VISUAL RHETORICAL ANALYSIS FOR THE IMAGE
  • ANNOTATE/MAKE NOTES on the sheet and APPLY the O.P.T.I.C. strategy for visuals (gone over in class last Friday!) from class to this photograph 
  • Mark it up! note what stands out rhetorically! What's missing? What's present? What do you *assume* based upon this photo? What appeals are present? Body language?
