- THURS. 5/16 (FLEX FIRST): SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY, FAC 8:30am
- **ALL SENIORS REQUIRED TO ATTEND**
- 1st BLOCK JUNIORS; we'll walk up together
- ALSO: SENIOR GRADES DUE/FINALIZED by the end of the day
- FRI. 5/17 (FLEX FIRST): ULYMPICS/SENIORS' LAST DAY!!!!
- cap and gowns distributed in homeroom after yearbook presentation
- ***SENIORS: owe $$/uniforms/books/graduation contract/etc....NO CAP AND GOWN!!!!

ATTENTION! CRUCIAL REMINDERS FOR CLASS WED. 5/15:
- PLEASE REMEMBER TO HAVE YOUR CLASS BINDER WITH YOU IN CLASS TUESDAY, SO DO NOT FORGET!!! NO BINDER = NO CREDIT/ZERO!!!!
1) Tomorrow, WED. 5/15, we'll continue AND FINISH with the NOTES/PACKET for "CRITICAL THINKING READING/WRITING STRATEGIES" you were given Monday (NOTES section)
- EVERYONE PLEASE TRY TO BE HERE WED. 5/15 and THURS. 5/15, and EXPECT TO COMPLETE YOUR ONE LAST "FINAL EXAM" DIDLS/CLOSE PROSE READING STRATEGY QUIZ (graded) ASSIGNMENT tomorrow and Thursday, IF NEEDED, in class TO BE GRADED and given back to you for your binder
- If you are absent, this will be made up the last week of school!
2) If you still have my copy of Into the Wild, please get that to me (**REMOVE post-it notes, please!)

**A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER AS WE WORK THROUGH THURSDAY 5/16 OF THIS WEEK:
- PLEASE NOTE: this class IS. NOT. OVER. We have a few loose ends to tie up this week, so it's important you have your binder with you and are PRESENT this week; ANYTHING YOU MISS THROUGH THURS. 5/16 MUST BE MADE UP before the semester ends!
A FEW HELPFUL REMINDERS:
- if you still have my copy of Into the Wild, please return it! (*post-it notes out, please!)
- I'll keep you posted each day in class (and on here!) as to what you need for each of the next three days in class, SO PAY ATTENTION! And as always, BE PROACTIVE! BE RESOURCEFUL! BE ADAPTABLE!
- --PLEASE NOTE: all your USATESTPREP EOC PRACTICE as well as SEMESTER BONUS POP QUIZZES EXTRA CREDIT will be entered into your grades by the end of this week!
- I'll let you know if/when your AMERICAN LIT. EOC EXAM scores come back
- Your FINAL COURSE GRADE will be calculated as soon as all grades are in/LAST WEEK OF CLASS (week of MON. 5/20)
