*THIS WEEK'S CRAZY-BUSY SCHEDULE*
- TUES. 5/14: (NO FLEX) AP LANG EXAM REVIEW DAY #2!
- DAY BEFORE THE EXAM/FINAL DAY FOR REVIEW!!! lots of tips, review handouts, last-minute reminders, etc.
- BRING YOUR BINDER! I will also be giving back anything I have graded/scored to give anyone that you missed/don't already have back
- ALSO, LAST CHANCE IF YOU OWE ME ANY ASSIGNMENT/ANYTHING REQUIRED TO MAKE UP, TODAY'S THE DAY! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- WED. 5/15: **AP LANG./COMP. EXAM**
- 7:50am MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM, 4th floor
- ALSO: NO FLEX day!
- THURS. 5/16 (FLEX FIRST): SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY, FAC 8:30am
- **ALL SENIORS REQUIRED TO ATTEND**
- 1st BLOCK JUNIORS; we'll walk up together
- ALSO: SENIOR GRADES DUE/FINALIZED by the end of the day
- FRI. 5/17 (FLEX FIRST): ULYMPICS/SENIORS' LAST DAY!!!!
- cap and gowns distributed in homeroom after yearbook presentation
- ***SENIORS: owe $$/uniforms/books/graduation contract/etc....NO CAP AND GOWN!!!!

ATTENTION! TWO CRUCIAL REMINDERS FOR CLASS TUES. 5/14:
- BOTH REMINDERS BELOW REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE YOUR CLASS BINDER IN ORDER AND WITH YOU IN CLASS TUESDAY, SO DO NOT FORGET!!! NO BINDER = NO CREDIT/ZERO!!!!
1) Be ready tomorrow for BINDER WRITING SECTION CHECK #3!
- SHORTER list of required journals, assignments, handouts from the last month of class posted up front!
- MAJOR, EASY GRADE for completion and organization, so BE READY!!!
2) Tomorrow I'll be asking for (and will LOOK AT for confirmation) your total # of COMPLETED SEMESTER POP QUIZZES for BONUS POINTS added toward your grades
- *total # of POP QUIZZES = 11
- YOU MUST PHYSICALLY HAVE THEM TO SHOW ME IN ORDER TO EARN CREDIT!

**A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER AS WE WORK THROUGH THURSDAY 5/16 OF THIS WEEK:
- PLEASE NOTE: this class IS. NOT. OVER. We have a few loose ends to tie up this week, so it's important you have your binder with you and are PRESENT this week; ANYTHING YOU MISS THROUGH THURS. 5/16 MUST BE MADE UP before the semester ends!
A FEW HELPFUL REMINDERS:
- if you still have my copy of Into the Wild, please return it! (*post-it notes out, please!)
- I'll keep you posted each day in class (and on here!) as to what you need for each of the next three days in class, SO PAY ATTENTION! And as always, BE PROACTIVE! BE RESOURCEFUL! BE ADAPTABLE!
- --PLEASE NOTE: all your USATESTPREP EOC PRACTICE as well as SEMESTER BONUS POP QUIZZES EXTRA CREDIT will be entered into your grades by the end of this week!
- I'll let you know if/when your AM. LIT. EOC EXAM scores come back
- Your FINAL COURSE GRADE will be calculated as soon as all grades are in/LAST WEEK OF CLASS (week of MON. 5/20)
