**EVERYONE, FYI: YOUR IN-CLASS YHC ENG 1102 REQUIRED/GRADED WRITTEN RESPONSE MIDTERM WILL TAKE PLACE THURS. 2/27 IN CLASS; make sure you have with you:

• your AP/ENG 1102 CLASS BINDER

• your borrowed copy of the INDEPENDENT READING BOOK YOU CHOSE/COMPLETED THE GROUP MINI LESSON/PRESENTATION FOR

• **further instructions will be given to you in class THURS. 2/27

ATTENTION ALL FOR THURS. 2/27; be prepared AHEAD OF TIME/BEFORE CLASS for:

BINDER WRITING SECTION CHECK #1

• this 'IN-CLASS PROGRESS CHECK' is for a MAJOR, FORMAL (and EASY!) grade

• required 'items/sheets' for 1/8 thru 2/26 displayed on the BIG LIST at front of the room (*16 TOTAL ITEMS*)
• **take a picture of the list if you think it would help you make sure you have everything you should for this assessment

• NOTE: the grade you earn for this check takes into account organization, completion (*having everything and COMPLETED), and making sure NO OTHER ITEMS are in this WRITING section of your binder
