--ALSO STUDY the NINE ROOTS WORDS on the HW from Friday/THIS SECTION will be MATCHING

ALSO: **be thinking/DECIDE BY TOMORROW of which of the following THEMES (CHOOSE ONE) you want to choose to write about in an extended paragraph/thematic ANALYSIS formal essay for NIGHT (rough draft tomorrow night/in-class formal write on WED. 12/5 in class! **will pass out essay model tomorrow! MORE INFO TBA...)

**JARRETT/for next couple of days you are out: 

1) make sure all HW from Friday in class is complete (see blog entry below).

2) on USATESTPREP.com, log in and complete some extra credit practice, and click on "ASSIGNMENTS;" there, click on the THREE labeled 'MLA CITATIONS'/video--watch the videos (they walk you through citing certain sources in a paper/Works Cited list), and there are questions to answer at the end of each; complete these three, please.  Your results will come to me.

3) go ahead and work on SAT Journals #31 through the last one (52, I think?). CHOOSE FIVE TO COMPLETE AS WE NORMALLY DO; you DO NOT have to define the words in the ones you do not complete. This is your LAST SAT Journal TEST grade; since you are out, you can go ahead and get started on these (DUE Mon. 12/17) until can see how much you missed in class, and I'll get you caught up when you return.
