Hawaii was amazing. I hope to be posting some pictures soon. We took about 260 total. As soon as I stepped off the plane in the ATL, reality was back to stare me straightaway in the face.
Two weeks of summer already gone by; where does the time go?? I'm teaching summer school to the annoying 8th graders until next Tuesday. I work the resource/transition room at MEC every Thursday from 3:30 to 10pm (where I am right now). The June SAT administration started today; essays to score when I get home. I still haven't completely unpacked. It's been 90+ degrees this week. Relay for Life is next weekend and I'm team co-captain. AP staff development work is coming up next week. All told, I will have turned in a time sheet for an extra 110 hours for the month of June. Whew. Add that to the extra 95 hours I worked in from my birthday to the end of the school year and I've been one overworked madwoman!

i agree. and i give u all the sympathy i can. for i have no job so i offer no empathy. im mad because i cant get a job. some crap about social security. oh well. i just have grown out of my clothes broke my bathing suit in public and my hair drier sparks. not to mention band fees that are coming up. geez. ur right, it will never end. (+ homework i havent done)
sounds rough. but at least you got your time in hawaii...i've not had as horrible a time as you, but i have to go to the store and buy all new pants because all but two pairs of my jeans have developed holes...all in the same spot...and i am NOT walking around in public with giant holes right under my butt...so, i'm going to have to spend more this summer than i originally planned...but, hey! i just ordered some more books, so that should set everything to rights...i'll dive right in and forget that i've spent maybe eight hundred dollars just this month (i got a laptop, too...)
yay your back! can't wait to see pics!
eh, why did you sign up to teach summer school to 8th graders?!?
well, hopefully you'll get paid a lot!
Hey! Sorry that your summer hasn't rocked, but hopefully Hawaii was fun.
And Becca, I'm happy to know that I am not the only one who hasn't done their homework.
Love Ya, Krieg!
By the time I left, the guy had already done 55 that day and there were still tons of people he had to get to.
The guy actually does a pretty good job, so if you're ever wanting another tattoo, Electric Karma is the place to go.
