mea culpa, readers

Sorry for the interruption in site service. I had to blackball the blog for a day or so for fear of the "immature readers" who may have gotten wind of this outlet while I taught at summer school. Anyhow, I'm finished there now, and hopefully they've forgotten my frustrations. And if they haven't, then, oh well. Water under the bridge.

Truth be told, they weren't all bad kids. It's surprising how a few can really ruin a learning community. I actually had three or four of them come up to me after class Tuesday and say thank you for teaching them and that they learned more from me in a week and a half than any other English class they'd ever been in. Wow. And one young lady even wrote me a note apologizing for her peers' rude behavior.

Now to enjoy the rest of the summer...all is well in the world of blitzkrieg. :D

I haven't checked your blog for a while because I figured it would still say you were at the airport. So I came here to comment that you need to post, but you did, so now I'm here, making a very irrelevant comment for this post. Ehhh...o.k, tell me if you wanna read some of the book I've been writing.

Yo, We Are Only Fiction, that band that played at the Key Club Benefit is hosting this thing called Dean's List on MTVu on July 8th. Thought that was pretty cool!

The End.
