This poem sums up how I feel right now. One successful trip to Disney down, yet one more to go. Two weddings this past Saturday; one in Rome, one at the Jewish Temple in downtown ATL (THAT was a very cool experience, I have to say). I have graded 133 papers in the last two weeks. I need to plant flowers and rake out the huge pile of soil conditioner in my yard. I start grading SATs again next week. I have a house payment to pay before 5:30, yet HERE I SIT, in my classroom. I have a syllabus to make for the 9th graders for assignments through the end of the year. I have sub plans to make for Thursday and Friday for two classes. I have seniors in my homeroom who need to be reminded (nevermind the fact that they are legally ADULTS NOW and should be responsible for this on their OWN) that they owe paperwork and money to be turned in if they expect to graduate on the 25th. I have to pack...again. I have to eat sometime in the grand scheme of things. I'm missing one of my college sketchbooks from my classroom. I have NINE seniors I have to get graduation gifts for (can we say, "cha-CHING?"). My computer is going dead as I type.

Welcome to my train of thought. On a daily basis. Imagine my "to-do" lists. But, in the end, guess what? It all miraculously gets done. I am a multi-tasking FOOL. And, no mood-enhancing or altering drugs are ever taken in the progression of this chain of events. I guess that's what I get for being such an eccentric, subversive individual. Only THREE more Mondays to go, though!
